
Dr Seethalakshmi Vishwanath is a distinguished educationist with over 45 years of experience in the field of education, including 22 years as a school Principal. With deep expertise in academic leadership, teacher development, and curriculum planning, she has played a significant role in shaping quality education across institutions.
She holds a Ph.D. in English Literature. Over the course of her career, Dr. Seethalakshmi Vishwanath has served in several roles including Teacher, Principal, Mentor, Trainer, Consultant, and Academic Adviser. She has worked with multiple national and international boards such as CBSE, the International Baccalaureate (IBO – PYP), and Cambridge Assessment International Education. A respected contributor to the CBSE ecosystem, she has served as a Master Trainer and Examination Paper Setter, supporting curriculum implementation and assessment design. She is also widely recognized for her work in English Language Teaching and skill development, conducting teacher training programmes across institutions.
Dr. Seethalakshmi Vishwanath is also an accomplished author and translator. She has written books for primary and secondary students and has received recognition for her award-winning translations, essays, short stories, and literary reviews.
Currently, she continues to contribute to the education sector as a Resource Person with OBS, Consultant for publishing initiatives, and Academic Adviser to schools in Chennai and Bangalore. She also serves as Faculty with Agastya Gurukulam, contributing to the Postgraduate Diploma in the Indic Way of Teaching and Learning.
Through her extensive experience and commitment to educational excellence, she continues to inspire educators and institutions in their pursuit of meaningful learning.
Ms Preetha Senthilkumar, is an educator and leader with over sixteen years of experience in the K–12 sector. With an MCA and M.Ed., she brings technology integration into classroom pedagogy.
Trained in the Learning Prakriya model, she continues to be an active learner, embracing every opportunity for growth. Her work focuses on strengthening academic practices, mentoring educators and nurturing future-ready learners.
Dr Shankar Ramakrishnan was instrumental in giving shape to the SARATA survey.
He received his Ph.D. and M.S. in Electrical Engineering from Arizona State University, Tempe, USA, in 2015. His academic interests span education and engineering education, along with biosensors and solid-state device modeling and simulation. He served as a teaching professor at ASU until 2018, where he taught Engineering Design, Solid State Fundamentals, and Micro-electronics. Influenced by the non-dual philosophy expounded by his namesake, Ādi Śaṅkara, he worked in 2019 on a research project at The Royal Academy, His Majesty’s Secretariat, Bhutan, contributing to the development of the Bhutan Baccalaureate curriculum based on the teachings of Guru Padmasambhava. He currently serves as the Learning Improvement Coordinator and Head of the Design & Technology Department at CS Academy, Coimbatore.
